We needed a place for celebrating birthday, everything was excellent. The continental breakfast was hot with variety of food.
It's a contemporary hotel with good hot breakfast, the location is unbeatable right next to the Navy pier.
Everything was perfect, bright hotel, the location was fab just off Navy Pier, the lake shore and Lake Michigan. Got well-appointed, large room with a great view. Amazing service and good value.

I loved that it was fairly clean and beautiful, the staff were pleasant and rooms were perfect. The incredible location was close to Lake Michigan.

Loved the place, had a good stay at the w hotel. Extremely comfy beds and a personal safe, pay television and a writing table. The buffet breakfast had plenty of delicacies and was warm.
